There’s nothing I love more when travelling than s There’s nothing I love more when travelling than stepping off the beaten path and experiencing a country through the eyes of the people who call it home.

From learning how kava is prepared and pottery is made, to dancing with the women in their village, exploring Fiji’s ‘salad bowl’ where much of the country’s fresh produce is grown, cruising along Fiji’s longest river, and sitting down to share a meal together—this was the Fiji I wanted to see.

Raw, authentic, and far beyond the resort walls, it offered a glimpse into the culture, community, and way of life that makes living on ‘Fiji Time’ so special.

Thank you @coastal_inland_tours_fj 💜 for an experience that was genuine, unforgettable, and unlike anything else. Nothing will ever compare to seeing the real Fiji. 🌺🇫🇯

Feeling so grateful to have been the head of 200+ incredible volunteers at the 2026 @sorrentowritersfestival. What a weekend — inspiring writers and guests, thoughtful conversations, beautiful venues, and the most dedicated, generous team and volunteers behind the scenes.

A true career highlight, made even more special by the people who brought it all to life. Wow. Just wow.
